Sales Account - Italian Market
We are looking for brilliant people, who would like to build their career in  Account Management and Business Development. We are offering the unique opportunity to join our high performing team and to actively build Sailogy success story - A fun, positive and open environment- with opportunities in a fast-moving international organisation.

Being part of our international team based in Milan, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our Italian client portfolio. You will dedicate 80% of your time to account management activities and the 20% to tasks to grow the customer baseline.
  • Developing client relationships with existing and new customers: clearly explain products’ value and services offered
  • Account management of your client portfolio
  • Researching/Prospecting and contacting new business prospects via phone, email and online chat
  • Contract Negotiations
  • Completing translation and administrative work as required
Required Skills and Experience:
  • You speak Italian and English fluently
  • Any other language is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent Communication - Ability to modulate communication in accordance with the audience
  • Team player – Active participation both work and social team development activities
  • Goal oriented - Strongly goal and action-oriented, have a problem solving and hands-on approach
  • Positive and proactive attitude - Ability to take the initiative to make things happen
  • You are required to be able to prioritize, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in sales and/or boating industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
