The booking process can be overwhelming, especially for those who are new to the sailing charter industry. With the new Bundle Program, you can easily choose the option that matches your needs and have the best experience possible on board. The three packages differ in services and price and are customized on your level of experience or the type of holiday you wish to enjoy!

What's included in the packages
Possibility to split the payment with the crew
By choosing Comfort or Premium bundles, you will have the possibility to split the payments of your booking with the crew members. It’s the best solution to let any member of the crew list pay their own quota and in this way, you also won’t need to collect all the payments to your bank account.
Assistance
Our team of customer support experts is going to make sure to give you an extraordinary service, where all your requests are fully satisfied and you have all the necessary information before your embarkation.
By choosing the Comfort or Premium bundles our experts will also follow you throughout your sailing trip and after your disembarkation for any possible necessity by guaranteeing an effective and exclusive customer service. Moreover, in this case, you will also have an exclusive email address and a phone number to contact us.

Have a question? Ask our customer service experts anything you might require or would need additional information for and we will revert in due time according to the selected bundle.
Down payment
A down payment is required to firmly confirm your boat and corresponds to the 40%, 50%, or 60% of your total online payment according to the selected bundle. In case of a very last-minute booking, 100% of the online amount is required in order to confirm the reservation.
Discounted price for deposit insurance and cancellation protection
Together with our two partners Sailogy provides the following exclusive services where you can:
- ensure the security deposit of your booking (you may find all the additional information here);
- add a refundable booking solution to your booking before the downpayment (you may find all the additional information here).
Both services are available for all our clients, so you can choose either or both of the solutions for your upcoming trip.
By choosing the Premium bundle you are eligible for a discount on both services from our side.
Online check-in
Each bundle differs in deadline timing for the online check-in completion: up to 30, 14, or 7 days before your embarkation. A later deadline guarantees you more time to fulfill all the data, and also a possibility to add last-minute guests to your trip.
Skipper and Hostess options
The light bundle is a package designed for bareboating, therefore is not possible to have a skipper or hostess on board. If you wish to opt for a carefree holiday, choose the Comfort or Premium packages for maximum relaxation.
