Refundable Bookings helps you book confidently knowing that if one of the many unforeseen circumstances listed within the terms prevents you from attending your booking, you will be eligible for a full refund of your booking (minus the 10% of Refundable booking fee).  

We include as many circumstances as possible within the Refundable T&Cs that may affect you, including (but not limited to) the example scenarios below:

Refundable Bookings are offered to you when you make your booking online. When selected, a small fee of 10% of the online booking price is added to your transaction and once you pay, the Refundable terms will be active.
