What do Refundable Bookings mean?

Refundable Bookings helps you book confidently knowing that if one of the many unforeseen circumstances listed within the terms prevents you from attending your booking, you will be eligible for a full refund of your booking (minus the 10% of Refundable booking fee).

How can I make my booking Refundable?

Refundable Bookings are offered to you when you make your booking online. When selected, a small fee of 10% of the online booking price is added to your transaction and once you pay, the Refundable terms will be active.
