When you rent a boat with Sailogy you are guaranteed the following:

• All the boats are provided by leading boat-chartering companies. A dedicated team makes a personal validation of each boat and is always in contact with the boat manager to ensure that each yacht is real, photographed, verified, properly maintained and seaworthy. Private boat owners are not admitted into Sailogy.

• Prices and availability are updated in real-time. This ensures that you will always get the best available price, with fresh promotions and no overbookings.

• Sailogy handles the payment for the boat rental and dispatches the funds directly to the relevant charter company around the world. Nobody at Sailogy, including the top management, is aware of your credit card information; all data is encrypted by the payment provider. For your comfort Sailogy processes also bank transfers through UBS bank. 

• We will charge you at the latest possible moment, based on the conditions set by each independent charter company. Usually you should expect to pay 50% of the charter fee at the moment of booking and 50% about one month before departure. 

• You will be able to reserve all extras for your boat vacation. Items such outboard engine, skipper and insurance will be booked for you upon request and will be available when you arrive at the marina. We will always quote you the full price and let you pay the extras you need directly at the marina upon embarkation. In same cases online payment is available.

• Sailogy's travel consultants are available for you during your embarkation and vacation. Our emails, chats, whatsapp and phone lines are open while you check-in on your boat and while you travel. Should you need any assistance in dealing with the local charter company you can count on our specialized staff to help you.
