Excess 12 

Part of a new Beneteau brand of smaller (38 feet - ca. 12 m) catamarans that are cheaper than the Lagoons, the Excess 12 is a fast and sporty catamaran, with a double rudder at the bottom aft as on sailing boats.
On this catamaran everything is smaller and simpler: the roof of the cockpit is just a surface of fibreglass and canvas without flying, and the canvas cover can be opened as on a convertible to submerge the cockpit with sunshine!
