Day 1
Located on the Adriatic Sea and the southernmost tip of Montenegro, Bar is the starting point for our sailing journey.
Day 2
Bar is a town of mixed cultures and styles. The Old Town is celebrated for its beautiful natural surroundings and medieval buildings, while the main part of town is modern, and well equipped for tourists. There are 20 beaches and over 50 sports clubs located in Bar, making it a great location for sporting activities and tournaments during summer.
Day 3
Sailing 13.5 NM north you will reach the small town of Petrovac. Although it’s a calmer resort, Petrovac is still a popular destination for its long sandy beach, which stretches over 600m. The nearby islands of Katič and Sveta Nedjelja are a great attraction for scuba diving enthusiasts, and are located less than 1 NM west from the coast.
Day 4
9NM north along the Budva Riviera we arrive at Budva, Montenegro’s most popular tourist destination. Its 12.5km stretch of sandy beaches gives you plenty of choice on where to relax during the day, while Budva’s vibrant nightlife will ensure your fun continues into the evening. Stari Grad (the Old Town) has a large number of shops, restaurants, cafés and galleries, as well as some important important historic and religious monuments.
Day 5
Take a day trip to Sveti Nikola Island, located less than 1 NM to the east of the mainland. The island has 3 of its own beaches, and is surrounded by other smaller beaches, accessible only by boat.
Day 6
From Budva sail 4.3 NM northwest to Jaz, to make a day trip to a sheltered beach cove.
Day 7
Returning 25 NM south along the coastline we return to Bar.
